White fused alumina is made from the high quality  alumina by melting above 2000 in the electric arc furnace and cooling. It is white with the main crystal  phase alpha-Al2O3. The white alumina produced in  titling electric arc furnace has the advantage of high bulk density and low porosity and the volume stability and thermal shock resistance can be improved.

 

Our white fused alumina features:

1. Produced by fixed furnace, the hardness and toughness performance is better than regular product.

2. The surface of abrasive grain is reshaped, the volume density and bulk density improved.

(Nanping Yi Ze Abrasives & Tools Tech Co., Ltd.) was established in 2013 which is specializing in R&D, production and sales of white fused alumina, deep processing abrasive materials (SN-1, SN-1, CN-1, CN-2) and high performance resin cutting & grinding wheel product. Yize is located in Fujian Province, with an annual output of up to 20,000 tons of white fused alumina product. From establish up to now, Yize has obtained 3 items of invention patents, 21 items of utility patents, and drafted and made China national standard of white fused alumina (GB/T 2479-2022).
