Chlormequat is an antagonist of gibberellin. It can enter the plant body through leaf shoots, buds, roots and seeds. Its mechanism of action is to inhibit the biosynthesis of gibberellin in the plant body. In case of accidental inhalation, remove patient to air circulation. If splashed into eyes, rinse with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, if discomfort persists, seek medical attention. In case of skin contact, wash off with water and soap. If swallowed by mistake, take this label and send the patient to the hospital for treatment immediately.
