Q. Is there any way to make the trike higher-capacity to fit my weight and height?
A: Yes. We can customize the trike according to your weight and height.

Q. Does the trike come with separate parts or assembled?
A: Some assembly is required, but we fit all electrical cables and kits. We will provide detail instruction for you, we also suggest you send it to bike shop for assembling if you are fresh.

Q: What accessories do you supply?
A: We supply charger, mirror, flag, water holder, headrest. They are free accessories.
Side pod, mudguards, standing support etc are available for purchase. 

Q: What I should pay attention on electric trike
A: 1. When riding in rain do not go through deep puddles or muddy areas; excessive water will cause themotor and other electrical components to suffer undue harm.

2, Please don't put your battery in storage without charge and forget to chagre it regularly, one charge each 2-3 weeks. 

Q. What is your warranty?
