Gate Opening Indicator

Gate Opening Indicators attached to sluices of dams and rivers in flood monitoring systems and water resource management systems. River managers and water users can know the exact gate opening level to perform appropriate gate operation and control.




1. Shaft rotation type
Shaft rotation type detects the amount of gate traveling from the amount of rotation of the shaft of the hoist.
・STX100 series: Self- stand type for analog display at the site. Built-in sensors available (Synchro transmitter, Potentiometer, Limit switch) for remote monitoring.

2. Wire spring type
Wire spring type detects the amount of gate traveling from the amount of traveling of the wire attached to the gate body.
・RTX1000 series: Direct measurement of the gate position by dedicated wire with analog indicator. Built-in sensors available (Synchro transmitter, A/D-RS converter, Potentiometer, Limit switch) for remote monitoring. Can be installed to the existing gate.

3. Limit Switch Box
・MD200 series: Limit switch box which outputs contact signals depends on the gate opening. Two types of epicyclic cam make limit switches depending on the rotation of the disk by inputting a shaft rotation of the gate hoist

4. Converter
・GLCW series: Signal converter of synchro signal to digital signal for output to external equipment.
-Arbitrary scale adjustment (Zero adjustment, Free scale, Level offset)
-Non-linearity scale conversion table can be set up easily by PC software and installed it to the GLCW through the SD card.
-Self-diagnosing function (ERR code is displayed)
・SLDC4C: Signal converter of synchro signal to Analog (4 to 20mA/0 to 10V).
