Product Description


Brief Introduction:
The embossing device mainly includes embossing rollers and frame. The embossing unit is a combination of two rollers, with steel-to-steel, steel-to-glue, or steel-to-wool paper rolls. The paper passes through the embossing rollers of the toilet paper machine, and the patterns on the embossing rollers are printed on the paper by the extrusion between the embossing rollers.






TYPES
There are two kinds of embossing of toilet paper, one is that the whole toilet paper is embossed, and the other is that only the two sides of the toilet paper are embossed.




                FUNCTIONS
1. Beautiful:
Embossing Make the monotonous toilet paper beautiful, and add some patterns on the toilet paper to make it more attractive to customers.






2. Not Easy to Loose:
Embossing makes the toilet paper which has several layers not easy to loose. After embossing, the paper towel will form an uneven surface, and the concave and convex surfaces are nested in each other, which can make the paper towel more compact and not easy to loose.




3. Absorption:
Enhance water absorption. After the embossing process, the paper has changed from flat to uneven, creating small spaces that are more convenient for storing moisture. Therefore, embossing is more common in kitchen paper, and the water absorption effect is better.




4. Friction & Fluffy:
Increase friction and fluff. After embossing, the paper surface is rougher, which can increase the friction and adhesion of the paper and enhance the cleaning effect. Embossing will also increase the fluffy feeling and make toilet tissue paper more comfortable to use.

2. Do you supply the toilet paper packing machine?
