SPC flooring extrusion line
Extrusion machine is one of the most important production process for producing SPC flooring. The extruder converts the mixed raw materials into the SPC core layer by the double-cone screw and die, and laminating the wear-resistant layer and decor film on the core layer with emboss roller, and finally form the large board of the SPC floor.

1.Extruder
Adopt conical twin screw.The material in the screw is heated and extruded into shape.
We use Simens system to guarantee the stable running of line.

2. T mould
The function of mould(in T shape) is to shape the material to sheet.
Mould width(mm): 1050/1350
Production width(mm): 970/1220
Thickness (mm): 3-8
3.Five roller calender
The function is to laminate wear-resistance layer, decoration layer and SPC board together.
At the last step,can do embossing on wear-resistance layer.
4.Cooling bracket+ edge cutting device
The cooling bracket is to cool down the board from calender, total have 4 fans to cooling the board.
The edge cutting device on the cooling bracket,can move back and forth,width adjustable.

5.Haul off system
The haul off system is to haul the line forward.
6.Length cutting machine
Cutting device is to cut flooring board in our set length by transverse cutter,cut sheet at right angles.
Max. cutting width: 1500mm
Max. cutting thickness: 1~8mm
7.Automatic stacker
The stacker suck the board and pack it automatically.
