PPS is a thermoplastic engineering plastic containing benzene sulfur group on the main chain, which belongs to polyether plastics.
It was produced in the United States in 1968, and the main industrial production methods are solution polymerization and autocondensation polymerization.
PPS application is based on its excellent heat resistance as the center, taking into account its anti-friction self-lubrication, chemical stability, dimensional stability, flame retardant and electrical insulation, etc..
In the chemical industry PPS can be used as synthesis, transportation, storage of material reaction tank, pipeline, valve, chemical pump, in the mechanical center PPS can make impeller, blade, gear, eccentric wheel, bearing, clutch and wear-resistant parts.
