Description
UC300---Mach3 USB Motion Controller Breakout Board
The EC300 is a high-performace external motion controller for Mach 3 software, with ethernet interface, supporting standard MPG and Digital Dream MPG.The device can communicate with a connection to a control computer’s network. The network connection can be built with direct connection or via router/ Swith devices.
The computer connects to the EC300 via a standard Ethernet cable.It’s the best to shiled the communication Ethernet cable to ignore the interferences. An advantage of the Ethernet compared to a USB is that the cable length maybe as long as 20 meters. The maximum length for a USB cable is 5 meters,and that is pushing it in a noisy working invironment. Another advantages is that Ethernet uses transformers for coupling the data signals, which galvanically isolates the computer from the downstream electronics.
The device can be used to control machine tools with stepper or servo motor controls with pulse and direction interfaces; the controller can output a maximum of 300Khz stepping frequency for each axes and can work with upto 6-axes. The Controller is 3-6 Axis for user’s options.

Configuration
We will supply the DLL for our Mach3 controllers.In order to build the communication with the NVMPG,we need the set up as follows.
Step 1: Set MPG to valid, see the Figure 3-1.
Step2 : Check the current opreation Mode and change into MPG mode in Mach 3 Software, pls see the Figure 3-2.So now,we already activate our MPG Pendant MVMPG.

If the Mach3 controller is UC300/EC300/EC500,don’t forget to switch the MPG mode to NV(MPG) mode on the controller. If you want to know more about NVMPG's usage, please feel free to ask me for the whole manual.
Warm Notice: Our Mach3 controllers do not support update for the moment, so please do not press " update" when you are using it.Or not, your controller may work not properly . Also, we do not support Mach 4 software.
