Full automatic beer filling machine

The beer production process is divided into several processes such as malt manufacturing, wort manufacturing, pre-fermentation, post-fermentation, filter sterilization, and packaging. The beer filling and capping machines are part of the packaging process.

After being filtered by the membrane, the beer is sent to the rotary beer tank through the pipeline, and then into the bottle through the filling valve, and bottled beer is obtained after capping. The working efficiency and automation of beer filling and capping machines directly affect the daily output of beer.

This series of glass bottle beer filling machine is dedicated to the isobaric filling production line of glass bottled beer and carbonated beverages. The filling adopts one-time or two-time vacuuming technology, it has the functions of automatically closing the valve and flushing broken glass, and using hot water to stimulate foam before pressing the lid.

Main Features of beer filling machine

1. This machine adopts fully automatic working mode, which automatically completes the station transfer of bottles and the cleaning and filling of each station without manual operation by personnel.

2. It is equipped with a separate cleaning function, only cleaning but not filling, and can be used as a pre-washing machine.

3. The mechanical transmission mechanism adopts the mechanical curved rod linkage mode to make the beer filling machine run smoothly, reliably, and accurately locate, and avoid the occurrence of failure rate.

4. The equipment is equipped with automatic flow detection, pressure detection, residual liquid detection after purging, wine spear opening detection and other detection functions, as well as station alarms.

5. The water tank is automatically filled with water, heated automatically and kept constant temperature.

6. The filling adopts CO2 backup pressure and pressure-maintaining low-pressure differential fully enclosed filling method. The filling volume is detected by imported flowmeters, which can ensure low foam, low consumption and accurate filling volume after filling.

7. The equipment can set and adjust the filling capacity through the touch screen, and can adjust the error, and can display the number of bottles and liters filled in real time.

Working Principle of Beer Bottling Machine
The beer filling and capping machine adopts the pressure filling method, which is filled at higher than atmospheric pressure, the pressure in the liquid storage tank is higher than the pressure in the bottle, and the beer liquid flows into the bottle by the pressure difference.

Using the rotary motion generated by the rotary wine tank, the vacuum valve fixed on the upper part of the wine tank is opened through the mechanical mechanism for the empty bottle placed on the tank position, and the sealed bottle is vacuumed.

The vacuum cam continues to open the vacuum valve to draw out the mixed gas of air and carbon dioxide in the bottle, and the gas valve opens again to fill the bottle with carbon dioxide gas. Turn the outer operating valve stem, open the gas valve, and fill the bottle with carbon dioxide gas.

The liquid valve in the filling valve opens when the pressure in the bottle is close to the gas pressure, the beer is injected into the bottle along the bottle wall, and the beer is filled through the electric control of the filling valve.

Filling Valves of beer filling machines:

CO2 pre-charge: Open the charge valve, form a pathway between the bottle and alcohol tank’s CO2. The CO2 will fill into the bottle through the pathway. The charge valve will be closed when the setting time reached, which means the CO2 pre-charge process end.

Vacuum extraction: Open the take-out-vacuum valve pole, form a pathway between bottle and vacuum. The CO2 and air will be discharged from the bottle by the pathway, and form into the vacuum in the bottle.The take-out-vacuum will be closed when the setting time arrived, then the once take-out-vacuum ends.
