 Product introduction
The hydraulic end of the pump uses a diaphragm to form a working chamber, and the diaphragm periodically deforms to replace the reciprocating movement of the piston (plunger), which is called a mechanical diaphragm metering pump.

        Material selection
No moving seal, no leakage. Because the static seal of the fluid end diaphragm replaces the dynamic seal of the piston, it can absolutely not leak when conveying fluid；In addition to clean water, it is more suitable for transporting flammable and explosive,highly toxic, foul, and radioactive fluids；
Can be equipped with metering pump digital controller for digitalization and local and remote control.


  Application
Diaphragm metering pumps are widely used, from ordinary room temperature water to fluids with strong corrosion, volatile,crystalline, flammable and explosive, highly toxic and odorous, high specific gravity, medium viscosity, radioactive, etc., and can also transport suspended liquids. In order to prevent accidents caused by the mixture of fluid and hydraulic oil after the diaphragm ruptures, when transporting flammable and explosive, highly toxic and precious liquids, a dual diaphragm metering pump can be used with a diaphragm rupture alarm device.
