Assembly method of card sleeve type pipe joint:
The performance of the ferrule type pipe joint is not only related to the material of the part, manufacturing accuracy, heat treatment, etc., but also the relationship with the quality of the assembly. Therefore, it should be assembled as follows.
1: Cut the pipe on the special machine according to the required length, or you can cut it by hand. The perpendicularity of the cut plane and the center line of the pipe should not be more than half of the tolerance of the pipe exterior.
2: Remove the inner and outer round burrs, metal shavings and dirt from the pipe end.
3: Remove the anti-rust oil and dirt from each part of the pipe joint.
4: Put the curtain in order, put the ferrule on the tube, then insert the tube into the bottom of the taper hole in the connector body, and place the ferrule. While tightening the nut, turn the tube until it stops, and then tighten the nut 1 ~ 1 1/3 turns.
