OP-qPCR1600C equipments are a high-performance real time quantitative lab PCR instrument. The PCR system can be used in clinic test and POCT. It is also called DNA testing machine, RT PCR machine and PCR detection system. The thermocycler PCR is scientific instrument. The Real time PCR system is equipped with a 4-channel fluorescence optical system. The Real-Time PCR Machine for clinical lab is powered by high power density Peltier. Thermal cycler PCR is optimally suited for applications where minimal space, fast time-to-result is required. PCR thermal cycler 's applications are: point-of-care molecular diagnostics test (POCT) , food safety and environment testing, agriculture, or research lab use where bench space is limited.
Working Principle:
Used together with the supporting reagent, according to the set running parameters, the instrument provides the required temperature environment for nucleic acid in vitro RNA reverse transcription, denaturation, annealing, and extension cycle amplification through the temperature control module under the action of the control system. The photoelectric module collects the fluorescent signal generated during the amplification process in real time, and uses software to analyze and process the data, which is used to amplify and analyze the specific target gene or nucleic acid sequence in the sample.
