1. How long is the warranty period of your company's products?

A:The warranty period of our company’s products is 12 months since the date of bill of loading.

2. How to solve product quality problems when happen?

A:If it’s a product quality problem of our company, we can communicate by email or webcam discussion to solve it. If it cannot be solved, we will provide the necessary accessories for free, and the freight will be borne by the customer.

1) Choose the suitable machine according to the customer’s samples and requirement

2) Quotation according to the selected machines.

3) Order confirmation

4) 30% deposit for production

5) Carry out production and provide production cycle progress report

6) Inform the customer that the goods are ready and the customer arranges the balance

7) Deliver the goods to the customer’s forwarder and arrange the transportation.

8) Provide the documents required in the order to the customer.

Shipping

1. How to choose freight transport method?

A:We can use the customer designated freight forwarder. If not, we can recommend the forwarder or directly use the forwarder we have cooperated with for a long time.
