YC-010 Lab multi-functional extracting and concentration tank
Shanghai Pilotech YC-010 Lab multifunctional extraction, concentration and recovery machine is developed on the basis of international research on similar products. It can be used for the extraction/concentration of materials and natural products (water) and the recovery of volatile aromatic oils. The equipment consists of extraction tank, reflux condenser, oil-water separator, filter screen, heater, recovery tank, temperature controller, stainless steel bracket and connecting pipe valve, instrument and so on.
Functions: Atmospheric extraction (on-line ultrasonic extraction function is optional), negative pressure hot reflux water extraction, atmospheric concentration, vacuum concentration under reduced pressure.

Extract Tank
Add the material and solvent into this tank to start the extracting . Integrated and compact design allows less installation area . Works directly with water and power.
Concentrate Tank
The system are equipped with outer circular evaporating concentrator with high concentrating efficiency, concentration ratio 1.1 ~ 1.38. Low temperature concentration ensures the material property stability.
Solvent Recovery Tank
When doing concentration , this tank can recovery the solvent.
Omron Temperature Controller
This part is to operate the temperature when extracting and concentrating .
Sight Glass
Viewing the process through the sight glass.The contact part with the material is of qualified stainless steel of SUS304, meeting with GMP standard.

FEATURES
1) Extracting system is equipped with a reflux condenser, reflux cooler, oil-water separator that can recover aromatic oil in materials in an effective manner.
2) Circular heating of conduction oil (no pressure between lamination) and uniform heating. The heater is far away from the extraction tank which is more secure for organic solvent extraction and concentration.
3) Can be used to water, alcohol and solvent extraction for natural herb extraction. Suitable for extracting and concentration of herbal liquid and tea and fruit juice and recovery of organic solvents in research institutions, universities, hospitals, and food industry.
4) It combines multi-functional extracting tank, vacuum concentration tank and solvent recovery tank as a whole and simplify operations with functions of heat reflux circular extraction.
5) The contact part with the material is of qualified stainless steel of SUS304, meeting with GMP standard.

Local extreme high temperature and pressure formed on materials make large-volume Chinese herbal fully exposed to the ultrasound probe, which accelerates uniform precipitation of active ingredients and significantly increases extraction rate compared with traditional techniques. Ultrasonic extraction works under normal temperature and effectively reduces the loss of heat-sensitive components.
