Description

♦ Vacuum forming, commonly known as vacuforming, is a simplified version of thermoforming, whereby a sheet of plastic is heated to a forming temperature, stretched onto or into a single-surface mold, and held against the mold by applying vacuum between the mold surface and the sheet. The vacuum forming process can be used to make most product packaging, speaker casings and even car dashboards.

7.This machine is made of three parts, the heater part, the forming part and the cutting part.

8.The customer must offer the sample or drawing, then we can design and produce the forming mold and cutting mold.The machine is no-including the cost of those molds.

♦Technical process

Warranty: We guarantee these machines for one year. And we supply some spare parts with the machine, operation manual and operation CD, etc.

Service: We will send engineer who install and train in your company for approximately 7 to 10 days, after machine is arrived your place. And the flight tickets, visa and accommodation of engineer will be arranged by buyer, also the buyer need pay 50USD/day for training cost.

Delivery Time: It will take within 25-30 days to ship out customer’s goods after get customer’s advance payment.
