This machine is fully automatic, so it can save lots of human labor cost. Its size is small and doesn't need to occupy much field. The PLC remote controller is used, people can operate it through APP whenever and wherever.
It is suitable for various kinds of materials, such as coffee, milk powder, tea, yogurt and many other granule, powder and liquid materials. It can achieve 40-50 capsules per minute.

Nitrogen input system and protected device
Use organic glass to cover the mold, from empty capsule feeding station to sealing lids station ,all process are flushed with nitrogen. Besides, powder hopper also have nitrogen inlet, it can guarantee coffee production is under the motified atmoshpere, it will reduce each capsule's residual oxygen content lower than 1% , keep coffee aroma, prolong coffee shelf life.

After receiving client’s deposit and capsule samples, film, within 30 working days, we will finish the machine.
2.Term of Payments:
At first client shall pay 30% deposit of Purchase order total amount, then we start to produce machine.
After machine is finished, we will invite client to test machine in our factory.
After successful checking, client shall pay the remaining 70% of total amount before shipping.
3.Quote Valid time:
50 days
4.Ship Packing:
Using standard export wooden box to pack machine, prohibiting corrosion and damage during the transportation.
5.Port of Shipment:
Shanghai Ship port.
