Natural gas heating Spindle Type Annealing Lehr Tempering Line:
Usage:
This series of tempering lehrs are suitable for the tempering of hollow glassware with wide-open mouth(glass bowl,glass basin,glass cover etc.)
Characteristics:
The glassware are loaded on a conveyor belt,and then are heated (by gas burners or electrical heaters) to a suitable temperature at the heating zones.The the glassware passes the homogenous zones to make sure a uniform temperature at different layers through the bottom and the wall of the glassware.Then the glassware passes the tempering zones to be tempered.The blowing air pressure at the tempering zones can be adjusted to match different types of glassware and achieve the best tempering effect.The heating processing are carried out continually by this type of tempering lehr with a higher efficiency and productivity.

The entry of the line
It is composed of one loading table. This table is equipped with an entrance door.
Description of heating and homogenising zones (16 modules)
These modules are made of one outside frame in which is located the inside stainless tunnel and isolation fibre.
Each module is 2.25 meters long.
External casing
It is made of steel sheet (thickness = 2 mm) and reinforced with profile bar.
These parts are painted with rust proof painting.
The roofs where the fan is located can be removed for yearly maintenance.
Internal casing
It allows convection air to discharge the air flow in two side ducts connected under the conveyor belt and get up through the articles.
It is made of stainless steel sheet (thickness = 2~3 mm AISI 304, and AISI310S).
The structure is designed to stand at 750 °C and allow expansion.
. Insulating
Ceramic and mineral wool are used to insulate all sidewalls. The minimal thickness is 350 mm.
Belt support
For the forward way, the belt is supported by V structure. The quality is specially designed to maintain a good plainness of the article during heating.
For the backward way, rollers and V structure carry the belt outside the furnace.

What is the voltage & frequency of furnace?
Normally, the voltage and frenquency is 380v 50hz or 220v 50hz. And 110v 60hz are avaiable to chose.
Usually I only need 900"C to conduct my experiment,can I have a furnace with max temperature of 1000C?
Yes, we can custom-made the fumace according to your need.
How about the temperature/time control?
The Temperature controller Ïs programmable controlled by PID with 30 program, easy to operate. And Touch
screen temperature controller is optional.
How about the dellvery perlod?
