Brief Introduction
It is a compact multiple function sand washer: separating the large stone, washing, recycling & dewatering the sand . It is new hot type in 2018.
Working principle
1. Separating: We use rotary screen to separate out the stone >5mm, to protect the washing and recycling part work. Rotary screen using the carbon steel plate.
2. Washing: Material from underflow of rotary screen will enter into the bucket washing part, the bucket rotate by the power of motor, and pick up the cleaned material to the dewater screen.
3. Recycling: Flowing slurry from bucket washer will be extracted by slurry pump, collected by the hydro-cyclone, so that fines 0.16-3mm sand will be recycled.
4. Dewatering: All the sand will be fed onto the polyurethane screen to do the dewater work, so you get the final output sand within the water content <15%.
