3. How long is your Lead Time ?   

We have stock in black for each style. Sample is 1 days.

Bulk production is 3-15 days according to quantity and color request. 

4. Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?

For small order, express will be best. And for bulk order, sea ship way is best but taking much time.
For urgent orders, we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door. 

5. How long is the warranty period?

Touch screen pos terminal warranty is one year.

6. Do you offer other relevant items?
Yes, we do. We are offering barcode scanner, thermal receipt printer, magnetic card reader, data collector and Pos system.

7. If the goods are damaged badly, who is responsible for it?
We will be responsible for the damaged goods when it is damaged during transport, and we can exchange the new goods for you.
