Q1. Can you do orders of small quantity ? 
Yes, we can full custom T-shirt , Polo, Jacket 50 pcs per design/colour for you. Jeans 150 pcs per design/colour

Q2.What’s turnaround time for samples and orders? 

Usually, it’s 7-10 days for samples, and 25-35 days for bulk orders.
Specifically, it depends on quantity, designs, patterns, and all accessories you need. 

Q3.My design is finished, how can I get a quotation? 
We will send you a rough quotation after we confirmed details with you,like fabric, designs, patterns, sizes,etc. And there’s a specific quotation after samples finished. 

Q4.How you control the quality of my orders?
 For samples, our QC will check it first,and then the salesman, our sales manager will check sample before we send it to you; for bulk orders, our QC team will make sure your orders perfect. And you can ask a Third Part Inspection to our factory. 
 
Q5.Can I control the quantity of my bulk orders?
 For quantity of bulk orders,considering cutting errors and deficiency pcs, it’d be±5% base on original quantity you placed. 

Q6.Any way to getting my own logos printed or embroidered? 
Yes,both. We can custom your own designs. Various of techniques we can make for you: Sublimation,digital printing, screen printing,felt printing,cracked printing; chenille, applique,badge,metallic foil,lock stitching embroidery,etc. 

Q7.Is there any warranties can protect my money or my orders? 
Trade Assurance can 100%protect your money and orders. Or we can sign a contract before orders about items you’re concerning with. Your feedback matters. 

Q8.What logistics methods I can choose? 
Generally, sea freight, air freight and road freight for shipping. We’ve cooperated with DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc doing door-to-door services for years. And you can designate a forwarder to shipping your orders, anyway, shipping method is negotiable.
