The existing factory of Jiangsu Shuangzheng Machinery Co., Ltd. covers an area of about 20，000 ㎡, with more than 240 employees. It has 4 production lines with an annual production capacity of 50000 sets of slewing bearings and 10，000 sets of slewing drives. The standard slewing bearing and slewing drive can realize small batch inventory, and the production task of batch and customized slewing bearing and slewing drive can be completed in about 40-50 days.
Fengxian new factory covers an area of 66，667 ㎡, with four new production lines. After all of them are put into production, it will achieve an annual output of 80000 sets of slewing bearings. The new plant of Tongshan high tech Zone covers a total area of 78，667 ㎡, with 6 new product lines, realizing an annual output of 100000 sets of slewing bearing and slewing drive; 167 new equipment, and the batch production cycle will be shortened to about 30 days, which will be a qualitative leap.
