Single cells are not recommended to be used directly without any PCM to protect the battery from over charge, over discharge and short circuit.
EVVA is specialized with OEM battery pack assembling and can provide a full range of satisfying service by our professional team, including materials selecting, risk evaluation, sample development, product testing and safe shipping method etc.
All materials are quality approved and strictly abide by environmental protection policy.
We provide 3~12 months guarantee on each product and will be responsible for replacing the batteries against defects during shipment for 10 days from the date batteries are received by you. Any other problem caused by malfunction of the equipment or mix-use of the batteries is not under this warranty.Our Company

Warehouses for cells and materials storage
EVVA has 3 warehouses in China (2 in mainland, 1 in Hongkong) for genuine A Grade cells storage. They are well stored under proper humidity by air condition.
Cell Sorting machines
Can help grouping cells by a small voltage and internal resistance range before putting them into battery pack, can support most cylindrical cells
Automatic welding machine
High efficiency. Can automatically weld a few hundred battery packs per hour. Help avoiding any mistakes from manual welding

Air: 2-4pcs per small box, and several boxes in one carton. Each carton is less then 10KG according to IATA shipping rules of batteires.
Sea: original packing
Notice: All products of EVVA will be well packaed with strong paper carton and extra protected materials to ensure safe delivery.

A. Is your battery quality approved?
Q: Yes, we guarantee that all cells are 100% original from Lithiumwerks, Molicel, Panasonic, Samsung, LG and Murata. And we will have full inspection of each cells and grouping them before assembling into battery packs. And all finished battery packs will be under a full inspection before shipment
A: How can you prove that your cells are 100% original?
Q: We can show you the original pack list, outgoing inspection report and other related documents issued by these manufacturers.
A: Are you a factory? What kind of service do you provide?
Q: Yes, we have a own factory with a team of employees in the field of Lithium batteries for over 15 years. We provide OEM, ODM service for battery packs. Quality is strictly controlled under ISO 9001: 2015.
A: What certifications do you have?
Q: We have obtained ISO 9001: 2015 for quality management system. And have CE, ROHS, CB, UN38.3, MSDS for several batteries. If for OEM battery packs, we can help customers do certification if there is a need.
A: what is your lead time if I placed an order?
Q: For all products in stock, our lead time is within 2 working days after payment received. For thoese that we don't stock for the moment such as customized battery packs, the lead time is around 10-15 days.

Q: We guarantee the quality before the item is shipped. You can enjoy 30-day free refund, 4-month free replacement, and lifetime maintenance service from the date of delivery. Any damages caused by improper use are not covered by our warranty.
