1. All colours are subject to colour differences and liquidity differences between batches of incoming material, resulting in differences in colour presentation and effect from one production to the next. It is not guaranteed that the same batch of material will be used for both samples and production. If you have strict colour requirements, please come to our production site on the day you start mass production to confirm the colour effect and avoid any subsequent disputes.
2. The colour splash and mix effects are random and unique to each record.
3. single colour records, due to the colour master not evenly into the material, the appearance of occasional similar impurities or other miscellaneous colour lines or water mist.
4. painted picture records with occasional dust or small splashes on the surface of the PVC sheet or on the edges of the patterned paper, resulting in more noise than in other locations.
5. The paper used for the core paper is different from that
used for the sleeve, as the core paper is a special paper with a matt surface and no surface treatment. The paper is different and presents a deviation in colour. When the core paper is dried in the oven for 48 hours and then hot pressed into the glue, the paper will be yellowish, the colour will be dull and matt, there will be no ink lustre, and individual colours will change colour.
6. Colour differences due to lighting, colour temperature, monitor, refraction are not quality issues.
