A: All our stainless steel drinking containers are made of a premium food-grade type 304 stainless steel containing 18% chromium
and 8% nickel with documented raw materials testing. This material is chosen for its consistent quality and performance
characteristics of not leaching chemicals, staining, corroding or rusting.
Q : How soon can we get a sample of the product?
A : For most of the product, we have sample in stock,sample can be sent out to you within 1 week.
We can sent the samples via international courier like Fedex,UPS,DHL and TNT.
Q:How long is your production lead time?
A:It depends on product and order qty. Normally, it takes us 15 days for an order with MOQ qty.
Q : Can the logo or company name to be printed on the products or package?
A : Sure.Your logo or company name can be printed on your products or package by printing,etching,or sticker.We can do the logos
by using different printing process.The different process depend on the different logos.Mainly logo printing processes: silk

A: Yes, we have plenty experience in OEM developing. Customer's OEM project is welcome.

A:For printing design, we need AI or PDF file for set up the print-plate. We will make mock-up photo to send you for print details
approve include color, size and position before real sample making.

A:We match color with Pantone Matching system. So you just send us the pantone color code you need. We will match the color
accordingly. Or we will recommend you some popular colors to you.

A:Our products quality meet with BPA FREE ,LFGB,EU food safe grade and we already have certificates for some of our products

A:Normally we accept payment term as 30% deposit after order signed and 70% balance against the copy of B/L.
