comprices a glass substrate,a reflective layer for reflecting the solar energy,and an interference layer. The purprose of the

Mirror Size and Shape
* Flat mirror extra clear and extra thin.
* Dimensions: 3210 ( ± 1) x 1350 ( ± 1) x 3 ( ± 0.1) mm.
* Width, length and diagonal tolerance to be 1 mm.
* White glass with silver plating.
* Coatings to be defined by supplier.
* Outer coating in white colour.
* Coatings shall protect mirror silver plating in mirror edges.
* Coating to be compatible with neutral silicone.
* Mirrors to be UV resistant.
*Diagonal length tolerance (rectangularity):
(32102 +13502 )= 3482.33 ( ± 1 ) mm
* Thickness tolerance: 0.1 mm. Maximum difference in 100 mm <= 0.08 mm
* Thickness : 3 ( ± 0.1) mm
* Energy reflectivity > 91%. Energy reflectivity shall be measured according to Parry
Moon Air Mass 2 curve.
* Coating adherence by cut and grating according to UNE-EN 2409: Classification 0.
* Traceability shall be clearly marked in outer mirror coating using permanent paint.
* Mirror to be supported and fixed by metallic elements and silicone (by Abener).
* Fixing element shall be made of stainless steal metal.
* Metallic fixing elements to be stuck by using neutral silicone as “Silkraf Mirror”
silicone or similar.
* Mirrors to be cleaned on a monthly basis by using osmotized water and with
rubbing.
* Mirror shall be cold bended. Maximum radius of curvature to be no less than
150m.
* Supplier shall guarantee his mirrors for 5 years working in the solar plant.
