TFL-1600 Dry Type Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer
Working Principle : During the detection, the detection sample that has been thoroughly mixed with the buffer is added to the sample well of the reagent card, and the analyte in the sample forms an immune complex during the chromatography process. When the incubation is complete and the test is started, the light source of the instrument illuminates the detection area and the quality control area of the reagent card, and excites the attached fluorescent substance to emit fluorescence, and the fluorescence is collected and converted into an electrical signal. The strength of the electrical signal is strictly related to the number of fluorescent molecules. The concentration of the analyte in the sample can be analyzed by the strength and the ratio of the electrical signals of the detection line and the quality control line.
