Zinc ingot refers to pure zinc, of course there will be impurities, but as zinc ingot, at least more than 90% purity.
Zinc ingot uses:
mainly used in die casting alloy, battery industry, printing and dyeing industry, medicine, rubber industry, chemical industry, zinc and other metal alloys in electroplating, spraying and other industries have been widely used.
The main features
Zinc can react with acids, bases and salts to form new salts. Its surface reacts with oxygen, carbon dioxide and water in the air to produce dense basic zinc carbonate, which protects the product from oxidation inside.
The dissolution point of zinc is 419.5℃, the boiling point is 907℃, and the density at 0℃ is 7.13g/cm3. Zinc is brittle at room temperature and can be pressed into thin sheet or drawn into wire when heated to 100℃~150℃, but it loses its ductility when the temperature exceeds 250℃.

Transport, storage, use
It is forbidden to use acid, alkali, salt and other corroded zinc ingot packaging and transport vehicles to ship, and should be stored in dry, ventilated, no attached materials in the warehouse, strictly prevent rain wet. The melting temperature of zinc should not exceed 500℃ to reduce oxidative burn loss and volatilization loss. When melting, it is not suitable to contact with iron and other harmful metals to avoid contaminating products. Zinc oxide will be produced on the surface of zinc liquid when melting, and ammonium oxide can be used to make slag to improve the utilization rate of zinc. If zinc ingot products have been wet, before adding molten liquid, should be dried, so as to avoid "shooting" wounding and damage equipment.
