Q1. Why can’t the blackheads be extracted ?
A1: In normal cases , pores are kept shut . Before using the product , it is recommended to apply hot compress or use the facia vaporizer to expand the pores , and then use the blackhead extraction fluid to soften and simply extract the blackheads .

A2: Due to the suction force of vacuum negative pressure , the skin will be slightly flushed following extraction , which is normal and will fade away within 1 hour . it is recommended not to keep the product on one skin area for more than 3 sec when using the product . Ice compress can be conducted following operation of the product or pore convergence fluid can be used additionally .
