Vacuum CF Feedthrough
Vacuum feedthrough usually can be divided into three categories, electrical feedthrough, mechanical feedthrough and fluid feedthrough, remain leak-free under high vacuum and ultra-high vacuum system.

Power feedthroughs are used to transmit either high voltage, high current or a combination of both. These products can be used for a multitude of vacuum applications including vacuum furnaces, sample heating or biasing, in-vacuum coating applications such as electron-beam evaporation, resistive heating evaporation, and DC plasma sputtering.

The most concerns of a vacuum electrical feedthrough are insulation and vacuum seal. Materials used for insulation include glass, plastic and ceramic.

In the vacuum components industry, there can be few more specialized technologies than the production of ceramic-to-metal seals. Ceramic-to-metal seals, the bonding of metals to ceramics arethe keyto the manufacture of where electricity feedthrough with high and ultrahigh vacuum environments.
