1. QT450-10 ductile iron body. Level 3 spheroida rate.450Mpa tensile strength. Over 10% extension rate.
2. EPDM seat is made of imported Germany Bayer brand raw materials. 50% rubber content. No leakage after 10,000 times Opening and closing test.
3. One-piece shaft design, easy to install and replace.
4.There is a circlip groove which fixed on the upper end of shaftto prevent the valve shaft from blowing out during use and improve safety.
5. The valve shaft seal adopts the combination structure of oil-free bearing and packing to realize self-sealing
6. Before leaving the factory, each valve is tested for pressure according to national standards to ensure that it is qualified.
