A new type of magnetic circuit structure design is adopted, which solves the shortcomings of conventional brushed fans, such as low power density, high noise, and low protection level. It adopts no Hall design, software algorithm calculates and locates the rotor position, and embeds the high-power drive into the motor. The aluminum casing of the motor is used as a heat dissipation component, and the air volume generated by the fan is used for self-cooling. The whole machine is highly sealed and meets the requirements of IP68 protection level. Relying on the advantages of electronic drive, the fan can realize stepless speed regulation. The working environment is -40℃~+ 80℃, reaching the domestic leading level.

Driver(Independent research and development of high-power brushless motor without Hall drive)
The driving high current passing part adopts copper wiring, which reduces the internal resistance by 90% (W=I²*R) compared with the original use of PCB copper layer conduction, thereby reducing the heat generation by about 95%, and the temperature rise of the whole machine is reduced from 50 degrees Celsius to 35 degrees Celsius ,, the whole machine meets the requirements of vehicle-grade components, meets EMC standards, meets ISO 16750:2010 standards, reaches IP68 protection standards, and the use environment is -45°C~+100°C (maximum), reaching the international leading level, and is ready to be patented in Europe Office and the United States Patent Office to apply for international patent protection.
