The scope of this project is the urban balcony in the art park. The art park is located between the first bridge and the
third bridge, covering an area of about 127,000 square meters. The art park is mainly an outdoor public space with
modern art experience and leisure as its main functions. Xishui Dreams City Balcony, Wave Formation Art Waterfront,
Cherry Blossom Recreational Waterfront, Yuyang Square and other elements. Combined with the artistic waterfront of
the wave array, the scenic spot of "clear rain in Lanshi" is constructed.
Design concept: The dreamy light is installed on the sculpture of "Realizing the Dream", and the crystal water light
reflects people's beautiful vision. The rhythm changes endlessly, and the brilliance interprets the past and present life
of Xishui County, and also contains the beautiful meaning of "when the flowers are full and the moon is full, the dream
will come true".
