The oven mainly consists of smoke oven, automatic program controller, smoke generating device and smoke car. The key component is the curriculum system combined with steam pipe, heat ex-changer and outlet channel, etc.

1. This machine is made of superior quality stainless steel, adopted strong all-welded structure from inner to outer.
2. Smoke oven adopted electronic key control or touching screen control; and novel design, it is fine workmanship, beautiful, and durable. The key electrical components use the advanced products.
3. It adopts full computerized automatic control program, which can show curve graph of temperature and humidity. 
4. The wind blades pass the dynamic balance check of 3000RPM, and the maximum wind speed can be 25m/s, which can guarantee the temperature uniformity all directions during the products baking.
5. The smoke generating device adopts wood pellets smoker, which was controlled by controller system, stable smoking and fast coloring.
6. High pressure pipeline pump is adopted to clean the dust in the plates and smoke pipe. Nozzles of different angles are equipped in the coil and flue.


7. The oven can be added on a cold compressor to reach low temperature, and then used to smoke fish.
8. The heating type can be external steam heating or electrical heating.
