Our PE coated brown kraft paper is food grade, namely this paper can be direct contact with food. It's comprised of 15gsm PE &70gsm kraft paper.
PE layer can be greaseproof & waterproof. The paper cups of drinking water can load water without penetration is due to PE coating inside.
With greaseproof property, brown PE coated kraft paper can wrap any oily food, but PE coated paper still cannot be defined as greaseproof paper because genuine greaseproof paper defines its greaseproofness as greaseproof agent inside the paper pulp, not by any materail just covering paper surface to resist grease.
85gsm brown PE coated kraft paper is a perfect quality wrapper due to its enough thickness & water-repellent feature.
