Product Description
Preformed suspension clamps for ADSS cable are used for the suspension and support connection of optical cables on linear poles and towers. Used well for protection of the optical cable, without concentrated stress. And avoids the abnormal situation of the optical cable having an excessively small bending radius and stress concentration.
The gripping force of the clamp is greater than 10%-20% of the rated tensile strength of the optical cable. The installation is convenient. Has excellent fatigue resistance, and plays an auxiliary shock absorption role for the OPGW optical cable.
The whole set of suspension clamps includes: inner and outer layers of pre-twisted wires, suspension heads and supporting connecting hardware.
Features:
1. Materials are metal and rubber, aluminium alloy wire .
2. Includes: armor rods, rubber clamp piece, cover shell, right-angle hanging loop, U-shaped hanging loop, bolt, nut, gasket etc.
3. Poles/towers with span of less than 1000m, and line angle between 15°-18°
4. Higher supporting capability of dynamic stress, corner angle of less than or equal to 25°in straight lines. The angle of single-side.
