Pre-Shipment Inspection(PSI) PSI is the most common inspection to confirm the whole shipment's quality level. It normally requires the production to be finished and at least 80% of goods packed into cartons. The checked samples are randomly selected according to AQL standard. |
Sample Check Sample check is conducted for electrical and electronic products, toys, garments and other kind of goods. It is made up of two parts: Construction Check - Our laboratory engineer tests your samples for the critical points according to relevant safety standards applicable to your market, for example, EC-LVD for EU market. Performance Test - We will check the workmanship and the product functions claimed in the user manual or your specification. It helps you confirm whether the commitments to quality and performance are valid or not. |

What do our QC inspectors (quality inspector) do for the inspections ?

3. Check the information or marks reqiured by clients, such as the information on the carton, information on information on products, gift box, warning text and all the others.
4. Check the overall appearance of the product.
5. Check the conmponents of the products.
6. Perform the general tests.

(3) Carton drop test.(4) Gross weight or net weight.
7. List all the defects of products found during the inspection.
8. Any other work that clients want us to do during the inspection.
