1. Overview
EFP410 Automatic Abel Closed Flash Point Tester is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of national standard GB/21789 "petroleum products and other liquid flash point determination (Abel closed cup method)" and ISO13736. Suitable for the determination of petroleum products and other liquids between -30℃ and 100℃.
2. Instrument Characteristics
1) Dual control system: the instrument adopts the hardware system of industrial computer and single chip microcomputer. The single chip microcomputer is used to control the heating process and collect sensor data, so that the real-time testing is high and the test results are more accurate; The industrial computer is used as the overall system control to make the instrument more reliable. The industrial computer has 256M memory and 4G hard disk, not only running speed block, but also large data storage. Windows10IOT operating system, software using Chinese interface or English interface, easy to operate.
2) Multi-interface: for the convenience of users, provide a variety of communication interface RS-232, USB and RJ-45, etc., can connect LIMS system, can connect LAN, can browse the Internet. Through USB interface, system software can be directly upgraded, and test results can be exported. Can be directly connected to the laser printer directly print out the test results report.
3) True color display: the use of 24-bit true color TFT LCD screen and touch screen users more convenient operation, but also equipped with a mouse and disk.
4) Dual ignition method: electronic ignition or gas ignition, users can choose, electronic ignition and gas ignition on the test results no difference;
5) Gold-plated components: oil cup and lid components adopt gold-plated technology, not only more beautiful and generous, but also higher temperature resistance, more convenient maintenance;
6) Separate and independent design: the lid components, flash point sensor and temperature sensor adopt separate and independent design, so that it is more convenient to replace the accessories (users plug and play).
7) Import of key components: temperature sensor imported from Germany, so that the detection is more reliable and stable, more accurate data, internal stirring drive key mechanical structure adopts Japanese imported components;
8) Self-examination and self-diagnosis: when the instrument is started, it will automatically check the flash point sensor, Pt100 oil temperature sensor, electronic igniter and system hot fuse, etc. At the same time, the ignition action, stirring arm action, cooling and heating system start/reset are self-checked. If there is a fault or abnormal connection, the instrument will beep to alarm while the screen text prompt "abnormal ×××, please check whether the connection";
9) The test process is intuitive: the instrument can display the heating rate per minute (figure and chart curve form any conversion), the heating rate fully meets the requirements of 1℃/min in the standard;
10) Overheating protection: the instrument has the function of overheating protection. If the pre-safety temperature (safety alarm temperature) is exceeded, acoustooptic alarm will be issued but the test can continue. When the safety temperature (test stop temperature) or absolute safety temperature (400℃) is exceeded, acousto-optic alarm will be issued and the test will be stopped. At the same time, the cooling fan will be started for forced cooling to prevent fire and other accidents.
