Meizhou JHR Arts & Crafts Factory is a manufacturer and distribution hub for household decoration products. We have been in line of modern home decoration products, nostalgic and antique reproduction products for more than 20 years.
We have two wholly-owned manufactories, with a showroom around 1200 square meters and 150 long-term stable workers in total. Q: How do you deal with complaint from customers?
A: We will find out the situation first, and apologize for the problems caused by us, then negotiate with the customer how to deal
with. To us, the most important thing is credit and responsibility.
Q: What is the terms and condition?
A: Normally, the price is quoted based on FOB Shantou. Certainly, we are able to quote on EXW, CFR and CIF.
Q: What is the loading port?
A: The loading port is Shantou, which is the nearest to our factory. But, if you want to ship the goods from other ports like Shenzhen, it is fine for both of us to negotiate.
Q: Do you have stock?
A: No, we don’t. We only make the order placed by customer.
Q: How many new models every year?
A: We launch 300 new models at least each year. Our new items are mainly displayed in Spring Fair (Apr 21~27) and Autumn Fair (Oct 21~27). We also update our website regularly, but not all new items. So, if you want to know our new models in time, please leave us a message or contact us by E-mail.
Q: Can you change the color or surface finish?
A: Yes, we can. Just tell us what you want, or give us a sample for reference.
