  JY-2125 is composed of hydroxyl compound, synergist, dispersing agent and emulsifier. Have good stability during storage and efficient antifoam performance. The application temperature range is between room temperature to 60℃ when used in paper making.

3 Usage way and dosage:      

JY-2125 defoamer can be diluted with thickening water. In the process of dilution, the speed of stirring is between 30 to 60 rpm and the time of stirring is recommended for no more than 10 minutes. Please request the company’s customer service department for the specific dilution method. The company accepts no responsibility for any loss which may be incurred by the customer as a result of incorrect usage.

It is suggested that the product is added in the place where the defoamer can disperse easily. Specific application method is as follows:

Paper making: the product is added continuous in the white water tray, white pool or white water tank. The dosage is 150g-300g/tons of paper.

The treatment of paper making wastewater: the product is added in the bubble concentrated place. The dosage is between 0.5ppm-100ppm.

Starch slurry: the product is added directly in the gelatinizing process of starch. The dosage is between 0.1%-0.5%.

Printing paste for starch: the product is added directly in the gelatinizing process of starch. The dosage is between 0.1%-0.5%.

Industrial cleaning: the product is added during the cleaning process. The dosage is between 0.1%-1%.

Surface sizing: the product is added during the preparation process of surface sizing agents, The dosage is between 0.01%-0.1% for the total amount of formula.

Water-based adhesive: The product is added in the process of adhesive preparation. The recommended dosage is between 0.1 to 0.5% for the total amount of formula.

The treatment of industrial circulating cooling water: Generally, the product is added where bubbles concentrate, such as the inlets of the aeration tanks or wastewater collectionpools. The dosage is 0.5 to 100 ppm, yet the optimum addition level should be preliminarily tested in a laboratory setting.
