The KG420T/KG420TH down the hole drill rig for open use is an improved device in compliance with national regulations on environmental protection. Equipped with Yuchai engine(China III), the drill rig meets national standards for emissions and environment. The tramming motor of plunger piston and four-wheel drive improve the working pressure and climbing capacity. The expanded pitch and lifting-arm hydraulic cylinder enable it to meet the requirements of limiting position use. Meanwhile, the hydraulic system is improved, thereby proving increased system flow and rotary speed. The hydraulic cylinder has been optimized, thus making it more reliable. The guide rail is installed in an inclined way, making operations and observations easier. The thickened profile is used for the housing; and the additional ring makes handling and lifting convenient.

The range of Guide Tilt Has 35°up, 110°down, also Guide swing has seven ranges. Even the compensation stroke can reach 900mm. Greatly expanded the drilling range,so KG420T series drilling rig has strong environmental adaptability.

The efficiency of the screw air compressor depends on the rotor, also the life of the screw air compressor depends on the bearing and the shaft seal.
