2. Our legal warranty is within 12 months after shipment.

3. Send us video or pictures of defective units.

4. We will send you replacements in your next coming order once we confirm the QTYs.

Q1: How can I place an order with you? 
A1: Send us an inquiry telling us which items you need. Our sales will reply to you within 24 hours. Once we confirm the order details, a Proforma Invoice will be sent to you for review

Q2. What payment terms you offer?     
A2: Paypal, Western union for trial order or an amount less than 1000USD. T/T or Trade assurance for bulk orders

Q3: When will you ship out the goods after the payment is made? 
A3: Sample order: 3-5 working days
OEM order: Within 7-15 working days depending on QTYs.

Q4: Can I put my private logo on the products?
A4: Of course, just send us your layout and we will turn it into samples for you to confirm.  

Q5: What is your company's warranty policy?
A5: We offer 12 months warranty for any defective units during our manufacturing.
