A: Usually it is 3-7 days if the goods are in stock, and 15-20 days if the goods need production.
Q: Do you provide sample before formal order?
A: Yes, we could offer 1pc of sample free of charge but customer bear the Express cost.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=3000USD, 100% T/T in advance. Payment>3000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance against copy of B/L.
If you have other questions, pls feel free to contact us .
Q: Can you help load goods from our other suppliers to make full use of a container space?
A: Yes, of course. We understand the high shipping freight cost nowadays, and will do best to help you save money. We can help you combine a full container and arrange load shipment.
Q: Do you provide customized service ?
A: Yes, we can offer you customized logo, company logo printing, customized package, customized color for our exist product line.
We also welcome and support OEM/ODM service like customized design, tooling making. Can make any plastic parts you want as long as it's injection parts. You can get a one-stop service for a customized plastic parts.
By the way, we are willing to accept any negotiation of share the tooling cost to develop a new products. Share the tooling cost together and distribute to different markets.
