Track-type excavator loader (slag machine) is a continuous production of high-efficiency mining equipment, mainly used for mine rock roadway, semi-coal rock roadway excavation, it also can be used for water diversion tunnel, railway tunnel construction and for the loading operation in the construction of the national defense cave, the slag machine can be used in conjunction with the hydraulic rigs produced by our company to realize the mechanized operation of coal mine excavation and greatly improve the boring speed. It can be applied to section above 2.1×2.1 meters and a slope of ±18°roadway.
This machine has a large capture force and strong loading capacity, and adopts a sealed and lubricated crawler belt. The tensioning crawler device is convenient to adjust and has a long service life, and the special tooth for the excavator is durable and interchangeable. The conveyor can unload the rock from the tail into dump trucks, shuttle mine cars, side dump trucks, belt conveyors, buckets and other loading equipment. The main action is controlled by pilot valve, which is easy and convenient to operate, safe and comfortable, driving flexible, with strong climbing ability, stable and no impact. It can be equipped with hydraulic breakers to crush and repair the roadway floor and side sills, blasting large rocks and coal mines, etc. The working arm can be used to realize the face danger, the whole section is installed with rock, no dead corner left and no need manually assisted for the working face.
