01.Heat preservation
You can set up the target temperature from 30℃ to 100℃ flexibly per requirements. The still pot can preserve the heat after the actual temperature reaches to the target, which makes the distilling process become more consistent and efficient.
You can closely monitor the water level inside the boiler through the sight glass window on the top of the lid. So that you can add water into the boiler in time when it’s necessary. Furthermore, you don’t need to open the lid when you add water because this sight glass viewing is connected by tri clamps.
03.Immersion basket
You can put the flowers or herbs into this immersion basket for heating and distillation. This is the key components for filtration and avoid burn.
The still is equipped with SS304 thermometers for both of still pot and distilling column. So that you can closely detect the temperature of vapors inside all pipe lines.
Our still has crystal column that you can load red copper wire mesh or flowers for distilling. The red copper wire mesh can help remove the sulfide materials, which can make the essential oil become purer. You can also see the magic happened during the distilling process through the crystal column.
This specially designed separator can separate the oil and hydrolat easily and efficiently. You can also use a proper hose to put the hydrolat back to the still pot for reflux distilling.
