Product Description


Irradiation cross-linked polyethylene foam material,
IXPE is non-toxic, environmentally friendly, green and healthy polymer new material, which can gradually replace traditional foam plastics in various application fields. IXPE is made of LDPE (low density polyethylene), ADC foaming agent and color masterbatch as the main raw materials, together with other auxiliary materials. After granulation and extrusion molding process, the high-energy electron beam generated by industrial electron accelerator is used for extrusion molding. The mother sheet is irradiated to set up chain bridges between molecules, and then a dense three-dimensional mesh independent closed-cell cell structure similar to a honeycomb is formed through the foaming process. A new type of foam material produced. In the production process of IXPE, the company can add various preparations according to different application requirements to improve the existing properties of the product such as antibacterial and corrosion resistance, or give the product unique properties such as flame retardant and electrical conductivity.
