Quality Control
Installation of Steel Grating
For installation, two fixing methods can be used:welding or using saddle clips. For permanent and non-removed installations,the steel gratings can be welded to supporting steel.
Use the saddle clips, which have such advantages as not destroying glavanization coat and removed easily.
Each grating shall be used four dips at least. For the larger panels preferably a few more dips are used to fix to the available support members.

Type A
Type A-comprising a top clip with double saddle, a lower clip with teeth and a M8 inner-hexagon-circular-stud bolt.
Type B
Type B-comprising a top clip with double saddlc, (of which one saddlc can securc the two bearing dars of adjaccnt panels), a lower clip with tooh and an M8 inner-circular-stud bolt.
Type C
Type C -comprising a top clip with double saddle,and an M8 hexagon-headed bolt which can be welded to the support member.
