Our outdoor integrated cabinet products are mainly used in communication, radio and television, energy storage, electric power, transportation, environmental monitoring station, smart city, lighting control, security and other industries. The outdoor integrated cabinet is composed of cabinet body, base, top cover, internal frame, cabinet lock, industrial air conditioner, etc.
Three modes of cabinet structure:
1. Double layer sheet metal + PEF flame retardant and heat insulation cotton
2. Single layer sheet metal + PEF tin foil flame retardant heat insulation cotton with adhesive backing inside
3. Sheet metal frame + EPS sandwich panel

Products Description
* The cabinet body is with no components that can be directly disassembled from the outside to avoid affecting the safety and usage; The cabinet body has no exposed removable parts, it's with compact structure for simple installation and excellent sealing performance ( IP65).
* the cabinet is equipped with PEF flame-retardant heat insulation cotton, which is with good heat insulation performance to reach the thermal conductivity<0.472w /(m2.K).
* The cabinet adopts bottom inlet and outlet mode. The wiring rack is used inside the cabinet, and the AC line, DC line,signal line and ground wire are routed and bound separately, which is beautiful as a whole; Grounding copper plate with anti-corrosion coating is set at the bottom of the cabinet
* The door of the cabinet is equipped with industrial air conditioner, which does not occupy the internal space of the cabinet and operates at a constant temperature,so as to prolong the service life of electronic equipment.
* The cabinet can be optionally equipped with emergency ventilation componentsto start the emergency ventilation fan for heat dissipation in case of air conditioning failure. The design method is lower air inlet and upper air exhaust. In order to prevent insects and dust, filter screen is used at the air inlet and cover plate is used at the air exhaust (the cover plate is blown open when the fan is turned on for air exhaust)
* The cabinet adopts professional outdoor powderspraying treatment (default color ral7035), which is rust and corrosion
resistant.
* LED lights can be installed on the top of the cabinet, and the lights will be on when the door is opened, which is convenient for equipment maintenance.
* The cabinet door adopts embedded structure, and the door gap is compact. The door opening angle is > 110 °, the cabinet door contains a limit structure, and the threshold device has a limit function when the door is in the "open"state. The cabinet door lock adopts a three-point mechanical lock / electronic lock with pull rod and lock plate, which has firm structure and strong anti-theft performance.
