Certainly. 300dpi PFD file is the best way for us to make art. At least 100 pieces
4.Can we put our own logo on package?
Yes, of course you can.If your order is small (less than 10,000 pcs), we suggest you to make color-printed label and stick it on the package. This will save money for you.
If you purchase over 10,000 pcs, you can consider to print logo on the package. Because there will be an extra printing plate cost and MOQ of 10,000pcs for packaging with logo. Our designer can help you to create your own package.
5.Do you offer samples for quality evaluation?
Yes. Samples are free if it is available in our stock but you cannot choose the design. What’s more, you have to pay courier
charge, if samples are of customized specs. We charge reasonable cost accordingly to your specific requirement.(Usually $50 for 2pcs of samples including shipping.)
6.How long is the estimated manufacturing and shipping time?
It will be about 7-15 days including shipping after the confirmation of the sample for the order within 500 pcs by air. If the
total weight of tapestries is over 100KG, you can choose to ship by sea. And it will take about 35-40 days including shipping. The more the quantity, the longer the delivery time.
7.What payment terms do you accept?
Trade assurance order in the Alibaba.com is available. For small order, we prefer full prepayment. For order above 1000pcs, we accept 40% deposit before production, and balance before delivery.
