1) No product no pack. If there's no product on machine infeeder, the film and end sealing will stop, waiting for the product coming.
2) One set of rotary end sealing jaw (with straight or zig-zag cutter and cycle stop at open position function)

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. When order large quantity of machines, or customized machine according to special product, it will take 10-20 days.

Q: Do you provide overseas after-sales services ? is it free or extra ?
A: 1. For technical training on adjustment and operation of the equipments at abroad, the seller shall send technicians to the buyer's factory while the buyer shall be charged for such service cost including round-air ticket, boarding & lodgings, visa fee as well as daily service fee of USD100.00.
2. For damaged spare parts resulting from quality problem, the seller shall supply the buyer free of charge for replacements within the guaranty period. Otherwise, the buyer shall buy parts at own expenses.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment term: 50% of total value to be paid by T/T as down payment, and the 50% balance payment to be paid prior before shipment.
