Our packing machines are mainly used for filling cement into 25-50kg bags. In addition, they also can be used for filling other powdery and granular materials with good flow performance. Except manually bag inserting, all the other filling processes can be done by the packing machine automatically and continuously.

Model BHYW8S numerical control type rotary cement packing machine is the latest design of our company. The control system of the packing machine adopts technology of microcomputer and servo motor. It has main features of more accurate measuring accuracy, higher capacity, low failure rate and  environmental protection.

(1) What is the usage of the packing machine?

--This machine is mainly used for packing materials with good flow performance like cement, gypsum powder and other powder, particle size should be less than 1mm.

(2) What is the voltage required for the machines?

--Normal voltage 220V/50Hz / Single phase or 380V/50Hz / Three Phase. But it also can be made according to customers' demand, like 440V/60Hz / Three phase and so on.

(3) What about the packing?

--We pack machines in standard fumigated wooden cases.

(4) How long is the warranty for the machines?

--For non-human damage factor, within 12 months after commissioning or within 18 months from the date of B/L, whichever comes first.

(5) How should I do if meet some troubles while using?

--Don't worry about that. We are always be pleased to provide quality service to customers. We can show how to solve the problems by video and write detailed solutions to customers’ email. If the problems can’t be solved through these methods, we can send engineers to the work site of the customers to solve the problems.
